PARKING
Whilst most properties are provided with some sort of parking, whether it be driveways, garage or in a shared car park, the exact position should be made clear from the start of the tenancy in order to avoid confusion and possible conflict with neighbours.
Whilst it may seem like a cheap alternative to paying a storage company, using the garage of your investment property to store your own items in may not be received well by prospective tenants and will make the property less popular in the market.
